We Recently worked with Stanmore Ltd and Schuco to coat Grade 18 GRC Cladding and Aluminium curtain walling. The project consists of a 35 storey tower and two 19 storey towers. Two of the buildings are set within a lagoon water feature which cascades towards the lower landscaped gardens surrounding the site. The project is due for completion in 2022.
The eye-catching & highly bespoke GRC units in a variety of tonal shades and finishes are set for delivery between July 2021- February 2022.
COLOURS
Lots Road Power Station was built around 1902 and provided power to the London Underground from its initial construction until the mid 1960s. Since the building was de-commissioned, the remaining structure has been subject to considerable decay, awaiting redevelopment proposals.
The exciting conversion of the power station building will accommodate 260 apartments including 67 affordable units grouped around a large central atrium space at the heart of the building. Commercial space at ground and first floor will help create a vibrant urban street within the building.
On this project Cmk have worked closely with McMullen’s and Schuco delivering over 15000 m2 of powder coating for both Cladding and curtain walling. Again this procect was coated to a marine Specification using CMK Chrome pre treatment.
The Brinell Building will be Brighton’s newest office development in the heart of the city centre. Brinell has been designed to provide the highest quality offices for forward thinking businesses.

Wood Wharf is a mixed-use development situated in the east of Canary Wharf – UK’s biggest financial hub in the heart of east London. The development consists of commercial, residential and hotel elements. In over a 23-acre site, Wood Wharf offers office and retail space and over 3000 residential units. Surrounded by water, the urban composition of Wood Wharf focuses on a greater use of the waterfront for residents and workers.
Work for Wood Wharf’s residential scheme comprises of two 10 and 11-storey buildings that offer 11 affordable homes, school, medical centre, and other amenities.
A Schuco system was used for the school and the medical center which was coated by CMK using Akzo Nobel Ral 7048 Metallic YW281F to a Marine Specification using CMK’S renowned and robust chrome pre-treatment.
